Finding the time to exercise when you have children can be hard, but one mum has proven it is possible, with hilarious results.
A video uploaded to TikTok shows mum Amanda Fagan attempting to exercise in the living room of her California home as her toddler sons climb through her legs, bump into her and fall over.
On the screen she writes: “What working out at home looks like”. She captioned the post: “It’s either this, or alone at 5am”, with a skull emoji and the hashtags #DoTheJuju #parentsoftiktok and #TheTwinz.

Another video of her workouts shows her doing squats in the living room while one of her young sons copies her.
Across the screen she has posted a comment from a follower, which says: “I was waiting for them to start copying you”.
